Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Direct all questions regarding this Solicitation, and any questions or Issues relating to the accessibility of this Solicitation (Including the appendices and exhibits to this Document, and any other document related to this Solicitation), to: Yao, Helen X. The scope of work consists of repairing damaged concrete walls; installing new wall wainscot; installing new flooring; replacing ceiling, fire sprinklers and light fixtures; and installing new fans at the Pier 10 Gallery. The estimated cost of construction is between $400,000 and $600,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. To be eligible for award, bidders shall possess a valid State of Hawaii General Building B license at the time of bidding. All Request for Information (RFI) questions and Substitution Requests shall be submitted in HIePRO no later than June 3, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., HST If there is a conflict between the solicitation and information stated in the pre-bid conference, the meeting minutes, and/or the responses to RFI questions, the solicitation shall govern and control, unless as amended by formal addendum.
