Cesspools and IWS Replacements ITO The scope of work consists of the removals and replacements of cesspools and Individual Wastewater Systems (IWS) servicing three locations, including the former Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) station, the Civil Air Patrol Building (CAP), and the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) building, at the Hilo International Airport (ITO). Question Deadline 04/23/2025 at 2:00 PM HT All Request for Information (RFI) questions and Substitution Requests shall be submitted in HIePRO no later than RFI questions received after the stated deadline shall not be addressed. Substitution Requests received after the stated deadline shall not be considered.
