Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Homer Glen, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Include all labor, materials and equipment for asphalt pavement reconstruction, concrete sidewalk reconstruction, concrete curb reconstruction, concrete sidewalk repairs, and associated work as shown on the drawings. Drawings of the areas are attached along with details and technical specification sections. Project drawings print to scale on 24 x 36 size paper. Contractor must coordinate the work with the Director of Buildings and Grounds at least 48 hours before the commencement of the work. Question Deadline 05/24/2024 at 3:30 PM CT All bidders interested in providing a proposal must submit a completed copy of the "Intent to Provide Bid Form" to INSPEC, INC., 126 N.
