Target Site Demolition DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work includes the construction of approximately 1. Demolition and Disposal of Target Building 2. Site Restoration together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. 1. Removal of bituminous pavement, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk and driveways, pipe and other miscellaneous items. 2. Placing and grading aggregate surfacing. 3. Turf restoration and erosion control construction. 4. Traffic Control COMPLETION OF WORK: All work under the Contract must be complete by 10/30/2024. BID SECURITY: A Proposal Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Brooklyn Center shall accompany each bid. OWNER'S RIGHTS RESERVED: The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing to the Issuing Office.
