No definite date for the rebid.** The Common Council reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals, waive any minor defects, and consider bids for sixty (60) days after their receipt pursuant to the Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq. Construction to begin on or about JULY 15, 2024. All work must be completed by SEPTEMBER 15, 2024. A Bid Security is required in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, not to exceed $20,000.00, in the form of a bid bond, certified check or cashier's check, made payable to the City of Summit. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
