This project consists of the replacement of the existing modified asphalt multi-ply builtup roofing system and insulation at the Raw Sewage Pump Building, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, in accordance with the drawings, technical specifications, special provisions, and City of Columbus Construction and Material specifications set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB). City of Columbus MBE/WBE Program: This project is subject to the requirements of the City's MBE/WBE Program. The MBE/WBE goal assigned to this project is 13.0%. The contract will be awarded to the lowest,responsive, responsible, and best bidder. City certified MBE/WBE firms that submit a bid may be eligible to receive a bid discount of 5% of the bid amount up to a maximum discount of $50,000.00. To be eligible for the bid discount Be certified by the City's Office of Diversity and Inclusion as an MBE/WBE capable of providing the type of construction services sought by the City at the bid due date.
