CR Number: 2110029 The University at Buffalo intends to enter into a term consultant agreement with an Architectural and/ or Engineering firm with specific technical expertise for all vertical transportation equipment University wide regarding all matters from design of new construction, maintenance of existing, and monitoring of the maintenance contractor. The specific projects to be completed by the term consultant shall be determined throughout the duration of the agreement. Anticipated effective start date is 7/15/2024. Anticipated completion date is 7/14/2027. (36 month term agreement) Start date shall be subject to change based on required approval of the Agreement resulting from this RFQ by the NYS Comptroller's Office.
