The intent of this solicitation is to obtain bids for a (1) one year, with (4) optional (1) one year renewal contract for refuse services (not to include hazardous waste or infectious materials) as specified in Scope of work/specifications section of this solicitation. Response to this solicitation will require signature of a contract summary between the Department of Conservation and Recreation Central Procurement Office and the bidding parties with no requirement to sign additional terms and conditions agreements by Department of Conservation and Recreation employees and the issuance of a purchase order in eVA for each year of the contract. Question Deadline 05/28/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Questions about the specifications or other solicitation documents must be sent in writing via email, to mary.cook-jones@dcr.virginia.gov (Contracting Officer). If the Agency concludes that questions and answers require a change in scope of work, all questions and answers will be provided by addendum to be posted on electronically. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to download the addendum to obtain the information. Award by Approved Purchase Order Issued from electronically and signed contract summary term year (1) one to begin Date of Award -December 31, 2024
