Department", which provide instructors with online Instructional technologies, course development assistance, workshops and customized online education support. This procurement process will take place In two steps : Step 1_ Is the Request for Qualifications process that Is the sublect of this Notice ("RFQ"). step will be a Request for Proposals process open only to Applicants that are pre-quallfled via the RFQ process ("RFP"). (Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00%) Upon receipt and evaluation of the SOQ's submitted In response to the RFQ, the SOQ's will be scored, evaluated and ranked with the District selecting approximately three (3) pre-quallfled Applicants, designated as "Finalists", to receive the RFP. Question Deadline 06/03/2024 at 2:00 PM PT Online Q&A Yes Applicants must be registered with online to submit their SOQ's via the online Vendor Portal and to view and download the RFQ documents. There Is no registration charge. Each SOQ submission must conform and be responsive to this Notice and the Request for Qualifications document and all the Attachments and Exhibits thereto. Time Is of the essence. Failure to submit a SOQ within the time set forth will result In releetlon of the SOQ. Design-Build Entitles, as defined by Education Code Section 81701 (c), must submit completed Pre-Quallflcatlon Questionnaires with their SOQ and be pre-quallfled by the District for the Prolect.
