Completion Date: Sept. 27, 2025 DESCRIPTION This work consists of liquid stabilized full depth reclamation by blending the in-place bituminous pavement with a portion of the underlying material, adding additional aggregate material, and mixing it with a liquid stabilizing additive. The process is to be performed in two steps with the first step being an initial reclamation by blending and compacting the existing material and additional aggregate. The second step consists of a final reclamation, compaction, and roadway shaping by injecting and mixing of the liquid stabilizing additive with the initially reclaimed material. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents.
