Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Neerlandia, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Work at this site includes the removal and disposal of the existing 2130 x 1410 mm CSP arch culvert and a 1524 mm CSP culvert with invert lengths of 17.1 m and the replacement with a new 2400 mm diameter x 30.0 m invert length CSP culvert. The crossing is located on Range Road 24 over a tributary to Shoal Creek located 10 km east of Neerlandia. Without limiting the provisions of these Specifications and Contract, the Scope of Work at this site shall include the following: - Traffic Accommodation - Total Suspended Solids (TSS) Testing - Demolition and Disposal of Bridge Structure - Excavation - Structural - CSP with Couplers Supply - CSP Assembly - Backfill - Roadway Work - Supply and Placement of Class 1 Heavy Rock Riprap - Supply and Installation of Erosion Control Soil Covering (Type C) - Supply and Installation of Erosion Control Barrier (Straw Rolls) - Supply and Installation of Erosion Control Barrier (Silt Fence) Documents can be obtained from website.
