Confluence Historical Site & Parkland is located at the edge of East Village on 9 Ave SE and 6 Street SE. The site is approx. 40 acres and consists of a single storey Interpretive Centre, as well a two-storey Barracks. Calgary Municipal Land Corporation (CMLC) is seeking to retain a consultant to complete a Site Concept Plan for The Confluence at 750 9 Ave SE. CMLC has entered into an agreement with The Confluence to oversee the Development Management Services to deliver a Site Concept Plan. The successful proponent will be required to provide the overall Site Concept Plan that will serve as a road map and decision making tool for The Confluence as it relates to programming, capital asset improvements, and partnerships.
