Riverside Transit Agency (RTA) invites bids from qualified contractors to perform HVAC Cleaning Services at the Agency's two facilities located in Riverside and Hemet. The Riverside facility consists of two office buildings and a maintenance building complete with a bus barn. The Hemet facility consists of one two-story building with an attached maintenance facility. Prospective bidders shall possess a State of California C20 (HVAC) contractor's license specifically authorizing the contractor to work on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to meet the requirements of the project. This is a prevailing wage project; therefore, the contractor and any subcontractors must be registered with the State of California Department of Industrial Relations at the time of bid submittal. RTA anticipates award of a firm-fixed priced contract for this project. RTA reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses, or any item or part thereof; or to waive any informalities or irregularities in responses. RTA shall have the sole discretion to determine the most responsive and responsible offeror/bidder.
