Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in Cranbrook, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Through this Request for Proposal, the City of Cranbrook, here after referred to as the “City”, invites proposals for full road reconstruction with sidewalk, curb and gutter, watermain and water service replacement, and installation of new storm catch basins, manhole, and piping. This RFP applies to and governs the preparation of Proposals for the Contract listed above. The Contract is generally for the following summary of Work: 2100m2 of full road reconstruction 180m of 150mm Ø C900 DR18 PVC Watermain 110m of 300mm Ø SDR35 Storm Piping 1 900mm Ø Catchbasin and 2 1050mm Ø Manholes 380m of Mountable Curb and Gutter 550m2 of Sidewalk
