The housing repair construction project includes all work necessary to pass a final inspection, obtain a certificate of occupancy, and is not limited to, the following scope of work: 1. Verify all existing plumbing systems are up to code, and repair if necessary; 2. Replace current water heater with same size new high efficiency water heater; The home shows a copper service-line incoming, so it is not believed that a lead-line replacement system is necessary. The City is seeking a cost-effective proposal solution and will entertain and evaluate proposed methodology of repair and renovations accordingly.
