Renovation of an existing facility located at 1114 - 9th Avenue SE, St. Cloud, MN 56304. Summary Project Description: The City of St. Cloud will be renovating an existing 5,500 sq. ft one story building located at the address above. Work to include alterations to the site, exterior and interior of building. ADA, envelope, and interior finish upgrades along with retrofitting the existing furnace with fan coils and a new condensing unit also included. Asbestos abatement will be a part of the scope to be coordinated by the general contractor. City will provide report as soon as its available. General Contractor to coordinate work "by other" with city IT and security consultant. Project has been reissued for rebidding. Question Deadline 07/08/2024 Last Request for Substitution Due: 7 days prior to due date of bids Direct questions to Tim Gillet, email; t.gillet@hma-archs.com. B. Addenda may be issued during the bidding period. All Addenda become part of Contract Documents. Include resultant costs in the Bid Amount. Clarifications requested by bidders must be in writing not less than 7 days before date set for receipt of bids. The reply will be in the form of an Addendum, a copy of which will be forwarded to known recipients.
