Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Carol Stream, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
This project includes the construction of the following: A new pressbox structure, including but not limited to all utility connections, framing, roofing, concrete, and site work. Submit with each bid, a certified check or acceptable bidder's bond payable to Glenbard Township High School District 87 in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Performance Bond. The successful bidder is required to pay the general prevailing wage for work as ascertained by the Illinois Department of Labor, and shall submit certified payroll records, in compliance with the Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130) and shall comply with all applicable Illinois statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunity laws. Bids may not be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of opening bids, without the consent of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids, or parts of such bids, and waive informalities or irregularities in bidding. The Owner requires Substantial Completion of the project on or before September 30, 2024. Document Notes : Prospective bidder may choose to purchase hard copies of the Bidding Documents from American Reprographics Company at their own expense.
