Site work and paving for a road / highway in East Moline, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Project includes approximately 2300 Tons of hot-mix asphalt resurfacing, 10,460 SY of surface milling, and appurtenant construction. A bid bond or certified check payable to the City Clerk of the City of East Moline, Illinois in the amount of 5% of the bid amount shall be submitted with each proposal. Bids shall be valid for 60 days The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities in the bids and to reject any or all bids and to determine which is lowest and/or best for the proposed project. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
