Site work for a civil project in East Moline, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Project consists of: Construction of access roads in the City of East Moline's ravine A. The purpose of this road is for the City of East Moline to gain access to the City's sanitary sewer. Work includes clearing and grubbing, tree removal, excavation, tied concrete lock mats, breaker run base course, geotechnical fabric, topsoil, culvert construction, seeding and fertilizing complete and storm water pollution control/erosion control, complete. A bid bond or certified check payable to the City Clerk of the City of East Moline, Illinois in the amount of 5% of the bid amount shall be submitted with each proposal. Bids shall be valid for 60 days. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities in the bids and to reject any or all bids and to determine which is lowest and/or best for the proposed project. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents Question Deadline 07/23/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to the Engineer in writing.
