Renovation of a multi-residential development in Edinburg, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

As of 7/11/2024, no bids were received. Project may be rebid. Submit all questions regarding clarification or interpretation of Construction Documents to the Office of the Architects: MILNET ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES, (attn: Rudy Molina, Jr.) via email: rudym@milnet-archservices.com. The purpose of the Pre-Bid Conference is to answer any questions that any bidder may have. All questions must be asked in a written format only and directed to Rudy Molina, AIA, Milnet Architectural Services, via email to: rudym@milnet-archservices.com. All questions will be answered in a written addendum only. Bidders will be required to provide Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of 5 percent of the largest possible total Bid, including consideration of alternates, with each bid. A bid Bond shall be issued by a Surety acceptable to the Owner and meeting the requirements of General Conditions of the Contract for Construction. The successful offeror will be required to provide 100% Performance and Labor and Materials Payment Bonds in strict conformance with all the requirements of the Contract Documents. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the contract award and forfeiture of the Bid Bond security as liquidated damages. Bids will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers (competitive sealed bids). This project consists of improvements to the exterior doors of the units of EHA El Jardin Apartments, located at 504 N. 22nd Avenue., Edinburg, Texas 78542. The purpose of the Pre-Bid Conference is to answer any questions that any bidder may have.
