The Work consists of, but is not necessarily limited to the following: The intent of the Contract Document is to provide for the future (unforeseen) spot repair of the existing mortar less brick sidewalks, brick streets, replacement of broken or missing cast-in place concrete ribbons, replace concrete curb, clean brick pavers and curbs, maintenance of continuous vehicle and pedestrian traffic, and incidental work on Monument Circle; Market Street from Capitol Avenue to Pennsylvania Street; Meridian Street from Washington Street to Ohio Street. Spot repairs for brick and brick gutters, which are within the Wholesale District, including Georgia Street from Capitol Avenue to Pennsylvania Street, are also included as part of this project. All Bidders will be subject to the MBE/WBE/VBE/DOBE Business Utilization Plan ("Utilization Plan"), of the City of Indianapolis. In evaluating a Bidder's responsibility, the City will consider the Bidder's Affirmative Action plan. The City-Council, General Ordinance 21, 2016, IC 4-13-6.4-2.5(d) and IC8-23-1`0-0.5(d) add new requirements for bids on public works projects.
