Maintain a clean and safe work area throughout the project duration. The school sites listed in the introduction are active District facilities. The contractor must prioritize the safety and well-being of the children and staff during the project. The contractor is responsible for providing all materials necessary for a complete finished product. Conduct a pre-construction meeting with the Newport Mesa Unified School District to discuss the project schedule, phasing plan, and safety protocols. Identify and protect all existing irrigation, plumbing, and other landscaping components in the work area. Minimize debris generation during removal using debris containment measures where necessary. Hollow Tine Aeration 4 to 5 inch depth in two directions (at both sites) Verti-cut/dethatch entire square footage of field project areas at each site o Early College High School (approximately 160,000 square feet) o Parsons Field (approximately 100,000 square feet) Import 125 tons of topdressing sand per site. Laser level topdressing sand throughout playing surfaces ensuring smooth surfaces at both sites. Hydroseed with Sportsfield Elite blend from Stover Seed at 12 pounds per 1,000 square feet at both sites. Ensure a clean and finished appearance with proper alignment and edge details. Maintain a clean and safe work area throughout the project duration. Conduct a thorough clean-up of both project areas, removing all dust, debris, and construction materials.
