The question deadline during the bid period is 4:00 p.m. on July 3rd, 2024 (Wednesday). Each bid shall be submitted on the Bid Proposal Form furnished as part of the contract documents, and shall be accompanied by a certified check, a cashier's check or a bidder's bond in an amount not less than 10-percent of the amount of the bid, made payable to the Costa Mesa Sanitary District.
