Project Owner Number: BE-19-K56 and 15-002 The Project includes, but not limited to, the following proposed work: Construction of an approximate 43 by 54 double-wall CMU block pump house containing a 10-foot diameter by 18-foot long pressure filter vessel; Construction of a 15-foot by 53.5-foot (interior dimensions) below grade cast-in-place concrete tank; Provision and installation a control system including variable frequency drives, electrical wiring, and appurtenances; Provision and installation of a chemical feed system containing sodium hypochlorite and hydrous manganese oxide (HMO); Design, provision, and installation of a completely functioning HVAC system including natural gas boiler/in-floor heating and natural gas overhead heaters; Provision and installation of a 600A 480V 3-phase electrical service and natural gas service; Provision and installation of a 200kW 480V 3-phase backup generator system including automatic transfer switch; Provision and installation of two (2) 75-hp pumps/motors and other well accessories for previously drilled wells; Provision and installation of approximately 325 feet of 6-inch PVC C900 DR18 water main, 145 feet of 6-inch HDPE DIPS DR11 water main (directional drilled), 85 feet of 10-inch PVC C900 water main, one (1) 10-inch gate valve, two (2) fire hydrants, one (1) water service line, and associated clearing and grubbing; Provision and installation of 65 feet of 8-inch PVC C900 sewer service line with one (1) 8-inch gate valve, one (1) sewer service line, 70 feet of 2-inch Sch 80 PVC backwash tank force main, and improvements to the existing sewer Lift Station #6; Complete demolition of the existing Site 1 pump house facility and decommission of the Norbert Hill pump house facility; Complete demolition of the existing booster station on the community water system. Site Directions: Site is located at the end of King Lane (dead end). King Lane is located southwest of the STH 54/Seminary Road round-a-bout by approximately 0.75 miles.
