Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Oneida, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Project - the Work Consists of Common Excavation, Grading, Base Aggregate, Hma Pavement, Storm Sewer, Sanitary Sewer, Water Main, Curb and Gutter, Sidewalks, Grubbing, Erosion Control and Restoration, Pavement Markings and Traffic Control, Along With Associated Utility Construction for the Oneida Nation Division of Public Works. Bids Will Be Received on the Following Contracts: Contract: Cattail Marsh Neighborhood, Oneida Project Bids Shall Be Sealed and Shall Have the Name and Address of the Bidder and the Contract for Which the Bid is Submitted on the Outside of the Envelope. All Bidders Shall Bid in Accordance With and Upon the Bid Forms Included in the Contract Documents. No Bid Shall Be Received Unless Accompanied by a Certified Check or Satisfactory Bid Bond Payable to the Oneida Nation in an Amount Not Less Than 5% of the Maximum Bid as a Guarantee That, if the Bid is Accepted, the Bidder Will Execute and File the Contract, Performance/payment Bonds and Insurance Certification, as Required by the Contract Documents, Within Ten (10) Days After the Notice of Award. Bid Rejection - the Oneida Nation Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, Waive Any Informality in Bidding or to Accept the Bid or Bids Which Best Serves the Interests of the Owner. Project Completion - Final Completion Including All Restoration and Paving Within 160 Days of the Date Given in the Notice to Proceed The Awarded Contractor Will Be Required to Obtain an Oneida Vendors License, if the Firm Does Not Currently Hold a License.
