Contractor shall provide the necessary number of experienced personnel. A Foreman shall be on site at all times. Employees will be neat appearing, and identifiable by their uniforms. Pricing will remain unchanged throughout the initial term of the contract. Requests submitted after said date may not be considered. Questions will receive a response within five (5) business days.
