There are a total of nine units, four in PDX's stunning new main terminal, and five existing units. The four new units are included in Phase Two of the Terminal Core Redevelopment Project ("TCORE"), currently scheduled to be open Q1 2026. The units are broken down into two packages, one with four units and one with five units, as shown on 2024 Convenience Retail RFP Packages and Locations, attached as Exhibit A, and Preliminary Lease Plat Drawings, attached as Exhibit B. On the Proposal Form, attached as Submittal A, please confirm what package the proposal is being submitted for. Proposers are welcome to propose on both packages.
