Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in West Palm Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The purpose of this project is to allow the District to provide permanent backup power to triple gated spillways G-728, G-730, G-732, and G-734. The design features and key items of the project for each structure site are the following: Site preparation within limits of construction, 12'-0" x 10'-8" precast concrete generator building with generator room, 20 kW Generator, 500-gallon underground liquid propane (LP) tank, bollards to protect the building and fuel tank, generator building internal electrical distribution, ventilation, grounding, lighting, and automatic transfer switch (ATS).
