The proposed work includes canal relocation, canal bank restoration, minor drainage work. The limits are from MP 79.7 to MP 81.9 in Palm Beach County. This Contract also includes 417132-5-56-01, Utility Work by Highway Contractor (UWHC) with Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department (PBCWUD). No Pre-Bid Conference. Contractor must be prequalified. For bids over $150,000.00, the standard proposal guaranty of 5% of the bid will be required, unless otherwise stipulated in the proposal advertisement.
