Project Scope: Tacoma Public Utilities (TPU) is soliciting bids for a one-time purchase order with qualified vendors to fulfill the City's needs for single phase pad mounted distribution transformers. Purchase order(s) will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder(s) based on price, product quality and availability.
