The Work of Project is as follows 1. All HVAC controls systems shall be provided bvy Precision Control Systems, Inc. 2. Kingsbury Elementary School BAS Upgrades a. Disconnect, remove, and properly dispose of existing R-2 JACE/DMS35 Panel/46DMS Controllers and sensors/pneumatic controls/pneumatic control valves for AHU's/pneumatic damper actuators/TC Air Compressor/5-AHUVortexDampers/5-AHU Blower Motors. The Owner is welcome to keep any/all demo'dmaterial for spare parts. b. Provide and install new Tridium N4 JACE Supervisory Controller in existingenclosure. c. Provide and install new DISTECH BACnet Controllers in place of previouscontrollers. d. Run new BACnet trunk line in same manner as existing DMS trunk line. e. Provide and install new room sensors/duct sensors/averaging sensors/well sensors/OA sensor. f. Provide and install 16 new 3-way control valves with electric actuators for 8AHU's. g. Provide and install 5 new VFD's and new compatible motors with groundingringsfor AHU's A-1/A-2/B-1/B-2/B-3. h. Provide all necessary engineering for upgrade. i. Provide all necessary programming including updated graphics. j. Integrate new system into corporation wide N4 Supervisor. k. Provide on-site training. l. Provide updated as-built drawings. m. One year warranty on all materials and workmanship. Project Location: a. Kingsbury Elementary School, 802 W 400 S, LaPorte, IN 46350. b. Riley Elementary School, 516 Weller Avenue, LaPorte, IN 46350 LaPorte Community Schools - HVAC Controls Services Procurement. a. Project includes providing and installing HVAC control systems at Kingsbury Elementary School and Riley Elementary School. Bid Security shall be in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total price and delivered in a sealed envelope showing the Bidder's name and address. Bidder receiving the award shall furnish an approved one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond and a one hundred percent (100%) Labor and Materials Payment Bond which cover faithful performance of the Contract and the payment of all obligations arising thereunder. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, to waive any informalities or errors in bidding for a period of sixty (60) days after the Bid opening
