The Port of Oakland (sometimes referred to herein as "Buyer") is soliciting competitive bids to provide the Port of Oakland ("Port") with Gullwing Area Large LED Luminaires. The Port intends to lock in pricing through this invitation for bid process and (if awarded) will issue a Purchase Order to purchase all LED Luminaires from one supplier. The Port has standardized on Gardco by Signify Lighting products and has finalized the selection of specific LED Luminaires and part numbers. The Port will purchase only new products; therefore, alternative bids such as "Demo" or used products are not acceptable. The bidder shall confirm to have sourced all products submitted in this offer directly from the manufacturer or through an Authorized Channels only, in accordance with all applicable laws and policies at the time of purchase. After the submission of the Bid, and should the need arise, the Port reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of products at the quoted bid price. Delivery on schedule is required by 08/30/2024. All shipments shall be made FOB Destination. Indicate the number of days after receipt of a Purchase Order the products will be delivered to the Port. Due to the large number of fixtures to be delivered, Port staff will work directly with the supplier on timeframe and number of shipments. The applicable delivery schedule information will be considered in the evaluation of the lowest responsible, responsive bidder.
