The scope of work will include the following Boiler Room 1 1. Installation of a new DDC control panel and all associated sensors and wiring to control the following equipment a. (2) Boilers b. (2) Primary Hot Water Pumps c. (2) Secondary Hot Water Pumps w/VFDs d. (7) Zone Hot Water Pumps. Question Deadline 05/30/2024 Direct all questions to Adonis Dascoulias at adascoulias@ameresco.com Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, or a satisfactory Surety Bid Bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid price as guaranty. The work at Pittsford Area Schools shall start as soon as practical depending on supply and delivery of equipment with a goal of starting in late July 2024. The right to accept and/or reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all informalities and/or irregularities in bid proposals submitted during the bidding process is reserved by the Owner, which right may be exercised at the sole discretion of the Owner.
