Cesspool Closure and IWS Replacement at Hana Airport. Question Deadline 05/24/2024 at 2:00 PM HT All Request for Information (RFI) questions and Substitution Requests shall be submitted in HIePRO. RFI questions received after the stated deadline shall not be addressed. Substitution Requests received after the stated deadline shall not be considered. The scope of work consists of the closure of the existing cesspool servicing the terminal building and replacement of it with an Individual Wastewater System (IWS), comprised of a septic tank treatment unit and absorption field, for disposal of treated water. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The estimated construction cost is between $400,000 and $450,000. The State reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any defects in said proposals in the best interest of the public. This work includes furnishing and placing a Controlled Low Strength Material (CLSM) as backfill material for the abandonment and backfilling of an existing sanitary waste cesspool.
