Site work for a civil project in Tualatin, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of March 6, 2025, per owner, no engineer selected at this time, but they will know before the end of this month. No GC yet. Contractor bidding next winter/spring. Design phase. Construction next summer. The City of Tualatin requests proposals from qualified firms to provide professional engineering services for the Nyberg Creek Stormwater Improvements Project. The City will screen and select prospective consultants as provided in ORS 279C.110(5). No proposal will be considered unless fully completed in a manner provided in the Request for Proposals ("RFP") document. Any proposal received after the closing time will not be accepted or considered. Pre-qualification of proposers is not required. All proposers are required to comply with the provisions of Oregon Revised Statutes and Local Contract Review Board (LCRB) Policy. The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the City if it is in the public interest to do so. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
