The project involves the replacement/installation of new water main and abandoning the old water main and is located generally on Madison Street. Construction will include new open cut potable water main, including related valves, bends and other appurtenances for a complete and operable system. Elements of the work include pavement restoration, abandonment of existing water main, removing existing fire hydrants, installing new fire hydrants, and replacing service connections.
