This work consists of new construction of an 1,800 square foot classroom addition and renovation of 1,040 square feet of existing space at Dugger School. Shadeland Ave., Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN 46250 o Construction Manager: Garmong Construction Services, 3050 Poplar Street, Terre Haute, IN 47803 Bidding Documents: Bid Documents are now available for interested subcontractors, electronically, through the following web address: o https://tinyurl.com/Dugger-New-Classroom-Addition Bid Proposals and construction shall be in full accordance with the Bidding Documents. Bidders will be held accountable for the Bidding Documents in their entirety. All work for the complete construction of and services for this project shall be performed under subcontracts with the Garmong Construction Services. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid MUST accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders made payable to Garmong Construction Services. Bids may be held for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days before awarding contract. Bids shall be properly and completely executed and include all required submissions. Prior to approval and execution of the subcontract agreements, the successful Bidders WILL BE REQUIRED to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds for one hundred percent (100%) of their Contract.
