Other Requirements as Well as Those Described Above Are Fully Detailed in the Bid Document. One Original Paper Copy Must Be Returned in a Sealed Envelope Bearing the Name and Address of the Proposer Written on the Face of the Envelope and Clearly Marked "influent Pump Station Concrete Stair Repair and Miscellaneous Concrete Repairs, Stage Iv Wastewater Treatment Plant- Attn: Mark M. Krane, Township Administrator" Proposals May Be Hand Delivered or Mailed. In the Case of Mailed Qualifications, the Township of Warren Assumes No Responsibility for Proposals Received After the Above-stated Designated Date and Time. Proposals Received After the Designated Date and Time for Receipt Will Not Be Accepted and Will Be Returned Unopened. All Communications Concerning This Rfp or the Rfp Process Shall Be Directed, by Email, to Mark M. Krane, Township Administrator, Mkrane@warrennj.org. The Township of Warren Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals if It is Deemed to Be in the Best Interest of the Township of Warren to Do So. All Interested in Submitting Proposals Should Review the Rfp and Submit All Documentation Requested.
