Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Beckley, West Virginia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
**As of May 30, 2024, no bids received and decided to in house the project.** Estimated cost range: $50,000 The work consists of all the following: Removal and disposal of existing walk- in combo cooler/freezer. Vendor will provide new Custom walk-in combo cooler/freezer unit per current layout. Install new combo cooler/freezer with common walls, ceilings, and floors. Install cooler and freezer (right swing out) doors with all necessary hinges, thresholds, jamb guards, switches, and thermostats. Supply and install refrigeration equipment evaporators, condensers, refrigeration line sets and all drains. Completely 100% foamed urethane insulated panels are to be provided. Walk-in s should have locks and keys furnished. Door handle area also provided with an interior safety release to prevent entrapment. All walls of walk-ins must be NSF approved finish (galvanized/ stucco aluminum). Provide interior LED light fixtures. Walk-in shelving to be 4 tier corrosion resistant finishes with antimicrobial protection and with NSF with liftoff shelf mats. Must include manufacturers warranty - One year on parts, five years on compressor and one year warranty on labor. The project will begin and be completed during the summer of 2024. The city of Beckley reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part of any bid without cause. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
