construction of a gravel walkway, elevated wetland boardwalk, and elevated teaching platform All bidders are required to furnish a Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid price if the bid is over $25,000.00. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance and Labor and Material Bonds in the amount of the contract price if the contract is over $25,000.00. The Raleigh County Board of Education does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or age in its procurement policies, practices, or procedures. The Raleigh County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to make such selection by item or total bid amount as deemed to be in the best interest of Raleigh County Schools, and to purchase materials from vendors participating in state contract or cooperative.
