Works Raleigh County Board of Education is Seeking a Clerk of the Works for the Woodrow Wilson High School Water Line Project for Raleigh County Schools. Scope -- Quality Assurance Testing and Inspections Consulting Services shall include services related to, but not limited to, field observations, inspections, and testing, etc. The scope ofservices shall consist of a new waterline extension on the property ofWoodrow Wilson High School Campus. Raleigh County Schools also reserves the right to extend these services to other projects that may be part oftheir Comprehensive Educational Facility Plan. These services shall include the following provisions (at a minimum): All services will be performed by qualified professionals in collaboration with the county administrative staff, the SBA, the Architect, and the Clerk of Works assigned to the project. B. Professional personnel (engineers, project managers / supervisors, technicians, etc.) performing the duties described in this proposal shall be properly educated and trained to provide the services of materials testing and inspection. All personnel performing materials testing and inspection duties shall be certified and/or licensed to perform their duties and/or as required by any federal, state and local agencies having jurisdiction. C. The Quality Assurance Testing and Inspection Consultant shall coordinate their activities with the Clerk ofWorks and/or Architect. D. The Quality Assurance Testing and Inspection Consultant may be required to attend and participate in project coordination meetings, as requested. E. Provide proof of coverage for Professional Liability coverage and Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance coverage. Minimum SBA coverage rates. The Owner, Architect and Clerk of Works shall be named as additional insured's.
