Demolition and site work for a residential development in Camden, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The Project includes the demolition of multiple projects throughout the City of Camden. The scope of work includes obtaining applicable permits, rodent extermination, disconnection of utilities, providing traffic and pedestrian protection and signage, installation of soil erosion measures, removal of utilities, removal of ASTs/USTs, building demolition, removal of all below grade foundations, backfilling and regrading the site with dense grade aggregate, and securing the site by installing 6' chain-link fence and gates.
