The deadline to ask questions is 5/27/2024 12:00 AM CDT Scope of Project: Approximately 16,500 cubic yards of excavation to be placed onsite for detention pond facility and all appurtenances. Approximately 1,500 LF of 24"- 48" RCP storm sewer pipe and storm sewer structures and all appurtenances. Approximately 1,550 LF of 8" PVC sanitary sewer and water line pipe and all appurtenances. Approximately 3,790 LF of Reinforced Filter Fabric Fence and storm water pollution prevention control. A bid bond or cashier's check in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond, a payment bond, and a one-year maintenance bond as provided for in the bid documents, for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. SCOPE OF WORK The project consists of the following elements of work in connection with this development. 1. Site Preparation; 2. Approximately 3,050 LF of 8-inch through 12-inch water line and all appurtenances; 3. Approximately 100 LF of 4-inch force main and all appurtenances; 4. Approximately 1,900 LF of re-grade existing roadside ditch; 5. Approximately 250 LF of bore and jack 12-inch waterline in 20" steel casing; 6. Storm Water Pollution Prevention Control The limits of the Work are illustrated on the construction drawings.
