Contractor shall use the attached US Department of Labor Wage Determinations TX20240253 in accordance with the Davis Bacon Act. C. The magnitude of construction is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 per FAR 36.204 and VAAR 836.204. Bid Bonds, Payment Bonds, and Performance Bonds are required. D. NAICS code for this project is 236220 with a small business size standard of $45 Million. E. This is a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside competitive procurement pursuant to Public Law 109-461 (38 USC 8127).
