Question Deadline 06/11/2024 Anticipated Notice to Proceed: Will be issued after contract award with anticipated starts dates as shown below. 1. Monday, July 15, 2024. Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount on AIA A310 Bid Bond Form or a certified check of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
