Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The repair work performed under this Contract consists of excavation of built-up depositions of silts and installation of heavy rip rap at the abutments and outfalls as well as all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and Contract. The work will take place at the P-05-715 Henry Street bridge over Baird Creek. Director of Public Works together a bid bond equal to at least five (5) but not more than ten (10) percent of the bid payable to the City of Green Bay as a guarantee that if his/her bid is accepted, he/she will execute and file the contract and a performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid within ten (10) days after the award of the contract. Only the Proposal Pages, Surety Bond, Affidavit of Compliance, Disclosure of Ownership and any Addenda issued shall be submitted. The City of Green Bay, Wisconsin reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in bidding. Question Deadline 06/07/2024 All questions about the meanings or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to the Engineer in writing. In order to guarantee a response, questions shall be submitted no later than four (4) calendar days prior to the bid opening date.
