The purpose of this Request for Quote (RFQ) is for Columbus State University to establish a one-time buy/contract with a single qualified Offeror who will provide all materials, labor, supervision, for the CSU-225-24 Richards Hall AHU Replacement. All other questions concerning this RFQ must be submitted in writing via e-mail to Gypsi Alexander at alexander_gypsi@columbusstate.edu. No questions other than written will be accepted. The Owner reserves the right in its sole and complete discretion to waive technicalities and informalities. It is the bidder's responsibility to review this RFQ on a regular basis during the solicitation period for answers to related questions submitted and for any addenda that may be posted. From the issue date of the Event document and until a Vendor is selected and the selection is made public, vendors are not allowed to communicate for any reason with any State staff except through the Issuing Officer named in the Event document, or as provided for in existing contracts. For violation of this provision, the State may reject any bid/proposal of the offending bidder/offeror or initiate suspension/debarment proceeding with respect to the offending supplier or bidder/offeror. Interested firms are required to meet state licensure requirements and document minimum experience requirements with construction as indicated in the documents. These requirements are specified in Section 01 4000 - Quality Requirements. A copy of this section is available upon request.
