Question Deadline 05/25/2024 at 2:00 PM ET The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to obtain pricing for and select a qualified Vendor to provide janitorial services for the NC Department of Transportation, Support Services Unit, Salisbury DMV, Salisbury NC. The contract shall consist of an allinclusive janitorial service and major maintenance including all reasonable and necessary labor, supervision, materials, equipment and supplies to keep the subject State building properly cleaned and supplied. The purpose of this solicitation is to award an Agency Specific Term Contract. The Contract shall have an initial term of three (3) years, beginning on the first of the month following the date of final Contract execution. In addition, and with the Vendor's concurrence, the State reserves the right to extend the Contract after the last active term.
