The Contractor, who is a Virginia contractor's licensed class A or B, shall furnish all necessary labor, supervision, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, supplies and incidentals as required to satisfactorily provide general contracting services on an on-call, as needed basis to any VDOT facility located within the online Northern Staunton District. These facilities consist of buildings located throughout Clarke, Frederick, Page, Shenandoah, and Warren Counties. Contractor shall perform 75% of services awarded with subcontractors not to exceed 25%.
