Site work and paving for a civil project in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Work consists of the replacement of approximately 972 linear feet of existing 3-inch and 6-inch water main with new 6-inch water main along Huntsmoor Drive. Also included is the replacement of approximately 22 water service connections, and all associated pavement restoration, erosion control, maintenance of traffic measures, and appurtenances. Bidders interested in participating in the bid opening shall send a request to be added to the meeting invitation to Eric Rosen via email at ros074@henrico.us. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents or the Contract Documents shall be submitted to Tommie Chisolm, in writing at tchisolm@rkk.com. In order to receive consideration, questions must be received by Rummel, Klepper & Kahl, LLP at least 8 days prior to the date fixed for the receipt of Bids.
